Summary: An AU of the ‘Resolutions’ episode. *Spoiler* Chakotay and Tom Paris are infected with a virus after being bitten by an insect on an alien planet.  If they leave the planet’s atmosphere the virus becomes active. After being unable to find a cure after a solid month, the decision is taken to leave them both on the planet with supplies (a prefabricated house, a replicator etc).
